I put mine together in Early October and only seperate them monthly for a good meal. No big deal to go a month between feedings, they normally would go longer in the wild. Sometimes it can take several months.
Bigger question you should be thinking about is do you have a sexual pair??? Mistakes in sexing are all to common. All manual sexing methods are positive for male and if not positive - then it's a girl. So, most sexing mistakes are males thought to be female. ie you could have two males. Look at and feel aroung the tail just post vent for differences. Males will be spongt for several scale rows past the vent due to the inverted hemipenes. Females can be a little spongy for the first scouple of scales but are solid muscle/bone after that. ----- Thanks,
