It pass unanimously out of the Committee on Culture, Recreation, and Tourism (I think one member was absent) and is now referred to Local and Consent Committee. Hopefully it will sail through there as well (as amended to include authority for TPWD to prescribe safety regulations such as the wear of an orange vest) and be sponsored on the Senat side as well.
