water snails. 2 new 3toed hatchings

Does anyone know if it is alright to feed water snails to bt? My 8 month old hatchlings will eat every one that I put in their water. It started by accident, now they come running for them.

Two 3toed eggs laid 12/18 finally hatched. They sure are darker in color then my fl/3toed intergrade. Will post pix when they finally venture out of their holes. Thanks/p
