well are those toads poisonous?
our toads have some chemical component that makes my fox terrrier foam at the mouth every time he forgets and bites one.

Then once frozen you can put the frozen balls in a zip lock baggy and put back in freezer, that way they won't stick togather. Then you can just take out how many balls you need the night before feeding to thaw for the next mornings feed. It's a convienent well balanced way to feed, kind of a variation of the old home-made fish and shrimp based frozen fish foods thats been in use forever, the garter snake people also use a version of this that is salmon or trout based instead.
