This is not the pre-ovulation twist. The twist does not involve laying on the side as I have described it. This animal is relaxed laying on her side. Boas doing the twist are tense, not relaxed. I haven't seen one do it while opaque either or only tow months after giving birth.

My experience has been that I have seen many Boas lean over sideways like that. Especially females that have lost a lot of weight after giving birth. If she is eating well, I don't think that is anything to worry about. It's pretty common for Boas around here anyhow.
