I would say get that plant out of there right now!
I don't know the name in english, but in french it's called a "croton"...I found the latin name "Codiaeum". There are a lot of different variety, but it is known to be a toxic plant, in particular it's sap, it's bark and it's root.
I don't want to alarm you, but it could be really dangerous to let your dragon eat it.
