I am trying to find the book. I have on old herbal on farm animal treatments. From what I remember it is used in the winter to reduce the worm load on sheep and goats. I have heard lots of people talk about it's use on tortoise.
It of coarse would not be a complete eradication, and I don't know how well it would work used like a gut load.
