Posted by: mikesnake at Sun Apr 5 11:48:31 2009 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by mikesnake ] A few times I've had clutches of eggs with mostly normal sized hatchlings, and one or two smaller hatchlings which usually turned out to be problematic feeders. I've had it happen with jungle carpet pythons and corn snakes, and I've seen it with other species as well. Is this something that is normal, or is there an explanation for this, making this something which can be prevented? |
