First of all, thanks for all your hard work and effort.

I just need clarification on one thing. Do people need to
put each individual (stamped?) letter in its own envelope, with each addressed to the individual committee member? Or can we just send copies of the letter (not in an envelope) to Tom? I'm writing letters for myself and four other family members, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. So far I printed out 105 letters (5 family members x 21 committee members), but I don't know if I need to get 105 envelopes to put them all in and address. Can I just sort them into stacks per committee member (without putting them in envelopes) and send them to Tom?
