Hello Ed,



The way I read it is that you put each single letter into its own envelope with just the committee members name and your (or your family members) return address and no stamp. And put all the letters into the bigger envelope and mail it to Tom.



What will probably happen is that Tom will sort all the letters by committee member and go delivery them in one huge pile to each member. You see how this will work? If everyone who keeps herps writes letters Tom will be delivering piles and piles of letters to each member. Hopefully this will get our point across.
