Personally i would just keep on with your breeding rats and keep supplying your own food items....

How will they ever know unless you willingly tell them that you are over the supposed limit?

now i am sure that a greater felony would be animal cruelty??

surely you are by breeding your own food supply preventing animal cruelty(on the part of the snake)being a responsible owner surely they would overlook if you go over the limit of animals per household?

Its not your fault you dont want your snake to die and if this means breaking some laws then this is a must.....

Question is which would you rather be a responsible owner who cares for there snakes or an irresponsible owner who sees that his snakes should suffer because of stupid laws that say you cant even have dead(frozen) animals if it puts you above the limit of 10 per house???

Only in america could you have such a law and personally i think it sucks....
