I was thinking the other other day about this law. How many boas and pythons are in Florida? Several thousand for sure. If this legislation becomes law, and thousands of people lose their career passion, it only makes sense that thousands of boas and pythons may get released into the everglades. People need to make a living in order to feed these great creatures , but if this becomes impossible ( and it will for many), these animals will be released into the everglades possibly by the thousands or more. I dont see too many of us euthanizing the animals that have been our love and passion most of our lives. This will create the epidemic that the bill is trying to eliminate. Go figure, another piece of gov't legislation that makes zero sense and will make things worse for all of us. [ Hide Replies ]
