HR669 EMAILS NOT GOING THRU !

Hello, I tried emailing all of the people on the list and almost every email got sent back to me saying failure to be sent. Whats going on ??? NAME@mail.house.gov is the basic email setup that has not been working ... i tried it on over 5 people and each one got sent back ... any ideas?
