Give it the option of resting on a warm place that is 90 or 91 degrees. It will probably be OK. Sometimes really washed out or Hypo Boas with the big yolk belly look really reddish or pink as you see though the skin. It is in a very strange location though. Farther down than normally you'd see it. All the babies should have that warm area available if their bellies look big at all that is. They need to heat to avoid that yolk solidifying.
