Either her cage isnt' very clean, or she keeps tracking through her poop every thing she goes....but after a bath, dragons don't have much of a natural smell. Its there, but its not overly strong or powerful.

If your dragon really smells bad. I would take her next bowel movement to your vet for a fecal. Internal parasites can cause a very foul smell which may linger even after clean up.

If her cage smells fine after cleaning and she smells fine after cleaning but starts to smell bad before her next bowel movement..either you have a very sensitive sense of smell or something is causing your dragon to smell when they shouldn't.

A skin rash, fungal or bacterial infection on your dragon could cause a smell. Some good clear pictures of your dragon's back, underside etc. will help reveal if she has any fungal infections of the skin.

This really is the only things I can think of which would cause a dragon to have a smell that is noticeable except up close. (but up close i mean inches from your nose)
