John Jensen is the state herpetologist for Georgia and he supports the academic banning agenda. He has worked against private herpers who have tried to get Georgia's ridiculous laws overturned. I would form a group that works under USARK to get these ridiculous laws over turned in Georgia. Since Georgia is a Republican state for the most part your best bet is to approach them. It will take time to get all these old ridciulous laws over turned. Anything that is not listed as Endangered or Threatened should be allowed to be sustainably harvested, kept, bred and sold.
