as soon as Tracy Barker told me of this situation in CT I posted here on this forum a notification of the Bill. NO ONE else around here seemed to know about the Bill. We have all been trying to effectively fight off the national proposal while in the meantime CT snuck in with their own version. Does CT even have a Herp society?
