So what is everyone who already owns the now illegal animals supposed to do with them? I see no grandfather clause in this. And correct me if I am wrong but this does affect ball python people and everyone who owns any exotic mammal, reptile, amphibian and arachnid. Since it states you can not import, posess, or liberate any of these without a permit from the "commissioner" and the "commissioner" will determine on a case by case basis who gets permits for what. I can only imagine what they will charge and make you go through to get these "permits" also. This is a major slipup. Where was PIJAC and USARK on this one???
