This bill has now passed the Judiciary Committee, and is waiting to be scheduled to come before the General Assembly.

Not a lot of time left, I think, to try and convince CT legislators that they're throwing out a lot of babies with their bathwater here . . .

Thanks, ExoticHobbyist, for pointing out a _very_ scary paragraph that hadn't caught my attention on the first readthrough!
