there are pros and cons to everything i have herd alot of horror storys about petco/smart and i do agree that most of the people working there dontknow alot and make stuff up but there also are the people working that do know alot a big chain like that hurts the little guys when they move in on there area but at the same time if they go out of business thats thousands of jobs lost so you can not win or lose this battle on if they are good or bad
