I made calls again today and while most of the aides answering the phones were polite and professional, the woman who took my call at Kildee's was very rude. I had used the guideline provided by USARK and was friendly and polite, but when I was done she jumped down my throat saying 'You think he doesn't know that?!' I said sorry?, I wasn't exactly sure what her problem was.



She said 'You think he doesn't know he's on that committee?!' I apologized and said that I just wanted to be sure... She interrupted and said 'So you think he doesn't know what committees he's on?!'



She was very confrontational about it, almost as if she were looking to goad someone into saying something that would cast a bad light on us. Either that or they're all just that sick of our calls!



Anyway, I just wanted to warn everyone that some of the aides there are getting nasty, so be prepared when making your calls tomorrow to take some flak from these guys.
