Federal Dealers License??

I am considering opening a reptile business in the state of Michigam. According to Michiagn laws there is no rules or regulations regarding reptile sale here and ni licenseing is required. Is there a Federal License through the USDA or any other U.S. licensing requirements that I need to be aware of??
