I like more horizontal than vertical, you can create a good heat gradient and you'll give them some good cruising room. A taller than wide enclosure could leave the ground too cool and with a higher humidity animal like a BRB, you may run into RI problems if its too humid/cold on the ground. From what I've seen of my rainbow boas, I think they'd prefer to have the longer enclosure. [ Hide Replies ]
