I had the same thing happen this year two weeks in to a clutches incubation. The humidity seemed fine, but I made the vermiculite a little more moist anyway. The eggs stayed dented, are still alive and well, and are due to hatch in two weeks.
Check your vermiculite. It should clump in your hand, but no excess water should drip out. Make sure you have a tight fighting lid on your container. And candle your eggs to make sure they are alive and healthy. If all is good, just watch your humidity and temps for the incubation period.
