Then, I insert either carrots or collard greens (both are resilient to molding)-between two pieces of the paper. I then lay it on the surface of the bran. The next morning, a large percent of the mealworms will congregate in-between the paper to feed on the vegs. The other way is to find a strainer with a coarse weave (depending on the size of the bran) & manually shake it to obtain the mealworms left inside the strainer. | ||
