Ok I know I am asking to get yelled at for asking this but, what reasons would a ball not flick its tongue? I took him to the only "reptile" vet around here, the next closest is about 2 hours away, and he checked him out and said he was fine. He told me that some albinos dont have tongues, but that sounds like BS to me. Any ideas would be helpfull.
