Thermostat recommendations?

Hi gang!

I'm wondering what are your opinions on the different thermostats out on the market.
I'm not super cheap when it comes to my snake so I wouldnt mind something thats guaranteed to work.
I had a helix at one point but found it bulky and the probe was rediculously large.

Also, is it possible to buy in store somewhere or is it just sold online.
