Thatīs right, but the government also has the duty to respect and defend the rights of the free Americains. If there was a national vote tomorrow, regarding the banning of ball pythons. The majority of the population would vote in support for the ban, but that doesnīt make it right to ban ball pythons, from a conservational view point...
