Hey,
You can also go to Lowes or Home Depot. Go to where they sell the ventilation Ducts and connectors. Find the silver colored silver insulation rolls. They sell a small size and they have silver tape to go with it. Cover the entire screen lid to the light. You will only need to spray about 1 time every couple days to keep the humidity up.
