But frogs are seasonal, specially in the wild. Maybe just by chance, some one happened to see one feeding on a frog. But really, give it a logical reasoning, frog can't be it's main diet.
I'm not sure what would lead you to this conclusion. In most of tropical southeast asia there are two seasons, the wet season and the dry season. In the wet season it rains every day, in the dry season it rains several times a week. Frogs are active most of the year in this kind of climate so it would be very possible for a species to eat only frogs.
