to have produced the Hemogoblin, AKA Hypo Pewter, AKA Bloody Ghost. Before I go any further, let me congratulate you on an outstanding litter, those are really some spectacular animals there!!



Last year, I produced what I thought was a Pewer litter from a Normal 66% Het Blood x Salmon 66% Het Blood. The parents turned out to be het anery also because the litter produced a ghost, an anery, plus a blood boa, a bloody salmon, and a pewter. But the pewter looked like no pewter I had seen before. After posting some pictures, someone posed the question to me that maybe what I had was a hypo pewter. I thought that was very possible but would not know for sure until breeding trials could be performed.



If you are saying that the parents of this litter were from a St. Pierre pure CA Blood to a half Columbian dh ghost, then I am a little confused here. From what I have heard, Type I and Type II anerys are not compatible. So if that is the case, and if the original St Pierre blood line of Blood Boas are said to carry the type II anery gene then something doesn't compute in my mind here with your litter or am I just missing something? How can a Type I Anery and a Type II Anery produce any Anerys? Again am I just missing something here?
