Dayle,
Thanks for the response and for the clarification. But it seems to me that by crossing the CA Hypo Col.anery1 with a Blood Boa you could have picked up the Type II Anery gene from the Blood Boa, potentially making your babies all the more special by potentially carrying both the Type I and Type II Anery genes. Those bloody ghosts are truely amazing looking. So unless you had previously crossed the Blood Boa with a known or poss het Type II anery and produced no anerys, and therby proving that the Blood Boa was not het anery type II, you might have type II anery genes in your litter and your bloody ghosts might actually be of the type II anery flavor!! Or how about this? Some might be type I and some might be type II, or they could all be type I!!
Either way, you hit on a most envious litter and either hit on spectacular odds with the 50% type I anery gene or fantastic odds with the type II anery gene. I by no means consider myself to be a genetics expert so maybe some of the genetics whizes can chime in and I can learn something new here.
