Looked at some of my own records and two weeks is not unheard of. More common is 3 to 4 weeks though. So, back to two dues dates......

Many times for my breeding it is clearer since I leave the animals together. The female stops being attractive to the male around her ovulation and the male never attempts copulation after a POS. Just the attempt of copulation is enough for me to know that prior shed was not a POS.
