Superworms I can answer.. Roaches I can't.. Put some egg crate or toilet paper rolls etc in there.. they lay their eggs on that... In the last 4 months I've got like.. over 1500 superworms produced from like.. 30 beetles... I have a huge sweater box full of them and not enough animals to eat them all *L* One case of them doing a bit too well for me...
