That's alot like how I do it too, same principles anyway. I just have smaller tubs with 1 large clutch or 2 small clutches in each tub , I use Pvc and plastic mesh instead with about 1/2" of water underneath the pvc and I do it in a walk in room that's run by a big Helix system instead of an actual incubator.
