Finally my northerns laid.

First is my newest female. I picked her up as an adult just after my other girl laid her first ever clutch. Put this one in with the male and had a clutch in a few weeks. Then, last year, I was going to wait a little to breed her again since she bred late the year before, but she became gravid before I put the male in with her. She laid a few days after the other girl. Now, she beat my other female (but only by a few hours). Not only that, she has hatched 15 of 16 in the 2 seasons, better than my other girl's 16 out of 21. 8 eggs each of the last 2 seasons and this time she pulled off 10. Big monster eggs, bigger than last year I think. The other girl laid 11 last year with some really small ones this year 14. Clutch looks better this year (whiter, better shape) except for 2 eggs that are nearly the size of kingsnake eggs.

Sorry for the lack of pics, but I'll post the babies in 2 months!
