To guess is age would be kinda useless since he is an import.I wish the little ones you've seen in the ads were available when I bought this one!It would be cool in my opinion to raise one from a baby!Their temperments can vary,I guess but, both of mine a kinda skittish till you get them out,then they calm down some.I plan to breed these guys next season. If you get one of the little ones,please post pics!! Take care! Jeff
