you can't, they will fry....
as soon as you see one head cut out, you need to take them out carefully and place them into a different box ,and keep them as warm /close to 88-90 as possible....
I stick them on a shelf in a baby box usually...and they are around 85 degrees, but they are ready to hatch and I may have cut them by then...
you have to keep a careful eye on them and check them every morning and night so they don't fry....
....I have had a few hatch without me knowing it and they were ok, hiding among the other egg piles and all...but they will climb and they will fry/burn/dryout...
