HR669 Devastating!!!!

Dont they realize that passing this law could cause more problems.....what could stop pet owners from letting there animals go into the wild to avoid the death of there animals or to get back at the law passed......now that would be devastating......hey congress think real hard before you make a big mistake!!!!!
