HB 3079 and HB1500...Their fate

I can see nowhere where either bill has made the necessary progress to become law. This due to some serious infighting and filibustering over voter photo I.D. legislation proposed by the Senate.

Many bills did not make it to the finish line. But, the Governor may call a special session to take up unfinished business. Have we got our ducks in a row? Are we ready to get our legislation passed, should there be a special session?

Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me our bill did pass. I'd prefer that.
