RE: when should you cut eggs open?

Why the need to cut them, they've evolved to pipe on their own, at the very least, wait till one has piped, nobody mentions the horror stories from prematurely cutting eggs and loosing that most desirable baby simply out of impatience.

Wait the few extra days and you will be rewarded accordingly.
