RE: when should you cut eggs open?

Dude if you want to cut the eggs cut them. I have cut mine every year for the last 5 years on day 52-54 with temps at 89.7 without any problems. I know quite a few others that do it too and Im sure we arent the only ones. But people frown upon others that do it.
