Really bad problem with albino ball

I'm really concerned as my 1500 grams 06 female albino ball has a really bad problem. In the 2 years i have her she never accepted dead food so i'm feeding her small 60 or less grams rats i'm breeding my own. Last saturday she got bitten in the mouth, right under the tongue by the rat as she bit it in the mouth. Immediatly after she stopped to move the tongue and she became restless scratching her nose and mouth around the cage. I called the vet and he told me to start antibiotics if in 1 day she would not move the tongue again. She was going mad during the night after and i placed her in a smaller container for preventing her to hurt herself. She started then to relaxe and stopped almost all moving, if i'm handling her she is totally still wrapping only her body just not to fall down. Her neck seems to be paralized. In her mouth she has no signs of any infection, she is perfect now. What that can be? If someone experienced somethig similar please tell me. I'm giving her anthibiotics and anti inflammatory...
