Here's a couple I've been keeping for at least ten yrs...
Chinese twin-spotted ratsnake, Elaphe bimaculata...

South Korean Dione's ratsnake, Elaphe dione "var: Seoul City"...

Others will probably list different species which are also fairly easy to keep. However, the easiest ones tend to be the less colorful ones. Don't expect all of the Old World species to be a piece of cake...LOL!
