the Connecticut ban got my attention,
I am in CT, 
Tracy Barker told me about the situation before it was mentioned on the forums. I would like to personally thank Tracy again for the information and for taking the time to read over the phone what she found regarding the issue. Tracy stopped what she was doing at her facility and looked up the information on the internet. I am sure she had plenty of other things to do and if that were not enough she then emailed me the link along with the list of representatives that were involved.
