Hi again,

The people at spyder robotics are incredible. I had a small problem with one and they sent me a new one before I even sent the old one back and then once I sent the old one back they mailed me a check for 10 dollars for shipping and it only cost me 8 dollars to ship it back. The biggest thing I like about the spyder robotics is that the temp reads in tenths. IE: 98.0, 98.3, 98.7. I heard helix is trying to make theirs the same way but from what I know helix will read like IE: 98, 99, 97, no tenths like the spyder. It holds like within .3 degrees of what you set. They are really nice. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I am sure when you buy a spyder you will have it for life.
