Just wondering if any of you have problem snakes. I have one snake that seems ridiculously prone to skin issues. She is maintained the same way as all of my other snakes. None of my other snakes have any issues. The only time they have needed the vet is once when a rat inflicted a superficial bite (left no scar) on one of my adult males and when a hatchling split its lip on the tongs (as well as some hypochondria attacks on my part). When I bought her in 05 she came in with horrendous scale rot and worms. This was taken care of immediately. Since then she has had two more minor boughts of scale rot the most recent of which I just cleared up. Now she has a dried out looking patch on her neck. She is entering shed so I am hoping that after she sheds it will be gone. As I said above, she gets the same care (spot cleaning as needed, heavy cleaning every other week, fed once a week, clean water, 84-86 hot side, AP rack, 65-75 humidity) as the rest and is the only one who ever has any problems. Any one else have one like this?
