Help With Eastern Eggs.

My female laid a little over 2 weeks ago.
Some of the eggs (3 of 10) started to sink in a little.
I increased the moisture, but they are still slightly sunken,
and not firm like the others.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
