Multiple meals are fine....ideally you'd give them 1 food item that will leave a bulge in his/her belly....not a huge bulge but you want to be able to tell that it ate. If you feed just 1 hopper and a few minutes later you can't even tell it ate anything then you can increase the size of the food.

I give my newborns hopper mice so you should be on adult mice at this point with a 3 month old....though it all depends on the size of the individual animal.
