Texas Governor Rick Perry has just called the 81st Texas Legislature back for a Special Session to begin on July, 1st. To "last 3 or 4 days".
The agenda is limited to departments of Texas Government due to sunset, not addressed during the regular session and a few other transportation related issues.
Don't know if it is possible, but might want to see if HB1500/HB3079 language can be inserted into one of these bills.
